To whom it may concern, I believe that Debonair Rowe has the adequate experience and required skills necessary to dog walk and sit. There have been numerous occasions in which she has mentioned dog/cat sitting for an extended period of time and from those experiences she has claimed that they have been positive and gone by without a hitch. I have known her for several years and she is a responsible individual who does what she must without complaint. She is always willing to learn and will go above and beyond if necessary to fulfill her required duties.
