Hi...I'm Debby! I have LOVED dogs my whole life. They have been (still are) my family. Over the years I have been involved in working with animal rescues and have fostered several dogs. My dog, Gus, and I spent 6 weeks on a ranch in WY this past fall as I helped care for, rehabilitate and train laboratory research rescue dogs and cats and helped to find them good homes. I would love to have to opportunity to care for your pet with love and compassion. What you can expect is great communication, photos and a quick note about the time I spent with your pet. You should know you are getting what you pay for and that your pet had a great time! I am also working on my photography skills so I may be able to get a good shot or two of your dog if not too busy. I have a special passion for senior dogs and have cared for many in their declining years. I can give meds and shots if necessary. I can care for any dogs that are struggling with health issues that require extra care, such as cancer or in times of rehab after a surgery. Dogs that stay in my home will have a dog door and fenced yard to enjoy. They will not be left unsupervised in the yard. I also like to go for walks and hikes if your dog would enjoy it too. I have a 7-year-old blind golden retriever that is very sweet, so your pet must get along with other dogs to stay in my home. I am not loading my home with 5 or 6 dogs at a time because I want your dog to get plenty of attention. Please contact me to set up a meet and greet!
