We are not charged by hour rate but per night rate thus, we are not able to calculate how many hours your pet stayed to determine pick up time; We have to block the hours and not able to receive other day care clients if your pick up time falls after 9am and this is considered as a late check out charge; this is to help us compensate the hours that we cannot offer to take in other clients for day cares.
