My dad always brought home strays animals of all kinds and my sisters and I would care for them and find them homes. My love for all animals, especially dogs and cats, started as a child.

I can care for pets in my client's home. I can stay over night or make drop overs, whichever is needed. I always want to make sure that animals are mentally and physically happy and stimulated and kept busy with play time and walks and affection. I believe animals are much more than they are given credit for. They have feelings and care just as people do and they should be treated as such.

I would like to know what medical care or special needs the dog has. What scares him, what makes him nervous and uncomfortable so that I know what to avoid. I need to know any physical disabilities he may.I need to know how he is with other dogs and animals and with strangers, etc. I need to know what his diet demands are and rules when it comes to treats and playing and sleeping and rules of the house like wether he can sit on the couch or bed, etc.
A typical day
I like taking dogs to parks where there are ponds with ducks and lots to look at and do. I also like to take dogs for walks around then neighborhood. I usually take my dogs where they can swim and play in the water when its really hot outside. If the weather is too bad for outdoor exercise dogs love hide and go seek in the house. All my dogs absolutely love this game and its really fun. And dogs need lots of affection and cuddling. And treats if possible.
