I have taken care of and had family dogs for over 20 years. I worked as a professional pet sitter through a few companies in the past 10 years and during that time experienced walking all sizes of dogs with different temperaments from young to seniors. I’m addition, I cared for both cats and dogs during drip in visits, even having to medicate both cats and dogs. I make sure to spend quality time with the pets doing whatever it is to make them happy and cared for during the visit. Over the years I have had dogs that had mobility issues, were blind, and some that were on the shy side. I am the proud pet parent of 3 senior kitties and 2 young dogs, all rescues. I currently have a dog with epilepsy so I have had to learn to to take care of his seizures and have to make sure he gets his medicine on a regular basis. I have had cats all my life from kittens to senior age. I have to medicate one of my current cats on a regular basis and have in the past cared for cats that were in kidney failure. I also have fostered, dogs, puppies, and kittens over the years. I am currently volunteering for a rescue that pulls dogs from the shelter and takes care of them until they journey up north to their forever homes. I have been taking my current young dogs for training, agility, and nose work because I just enjoy doing things with my dogs and like to learn as much as I can to give them a fulfilling and happy life. In addition they get regular walks in our neighborhood and different trails to expand their outdoor experiences.
