This was our first time leaving our dog and using Rover and while it was a bit nerve wracking to think of leaving our home and dog with someone we didn't know, our minds were put to ease as soon as we met Deanne. She was responsive from the start, very easy to communicate with and made the whole process easy. During her stay, she sent us updates frequently with photos of Milo and it was clear that Milo and Deanne were enjoying each others company. She took wonderful care of our home as well. It was just as we left it when we got home. We highly recommend her services. She will quickly put your worries at ease with her genuine warmth and kindness. We will definitely hire Deanne again and look forward to having her care for her friend Milo again soon. We're pretty sure he misses his new friend!
