Pet care experience
I have been pet sitting for folks long before I ever knew Rover.com existed. I have continuously had a passion for animals throughout my life, as I have had pets for as long as I can remember. You can ensure your pet’s safety with me due to my occupational background; I have overseen as many as 30 dogs at any given time. I have worked in doggie daycares, pet lodging facilities, vet clinics and spent countless hours volunteering at various shelters. I’ll love your animal as if they were my very own. Deanna would make a great pet sitter because she a great passion for the animals. She takes great care of her cat Sam and if needed she is my go to sitter for my dog. She always makes sure she's fed and takes her on frequent walks to keep her from being cooped up all day. She also has a great temperament which means she would have great patients with a shy dog or even a more stubborn dog, so you don't have to worry about your dog not getting enough love or running her out the door.

What is their play style like? Since I have worked in daycare facilities, I'm accustomed to evaluating dogs and their behavior. As much as your pet needs to feel me out as a caregiver, I have to do the same with them to see what it is they need. I have no breed preferences or restrictions for I have been exposed to a wide variety.
A typical day
If your dog is dog park compatible, I'd be more than willing to take them to some of the ones around town. If they are usually a walk around the neighborhood type, I'd also be happy to expose them to their known sights and scents. If it is an older dog that needs my care, I will mildly exercise them to their will. Younger and more active dogs can be trusted to get their workout with me playing fetch, chase, or whatever their favorite activity is.
