I grew up near a farm around all kinds of animals. I have taken care of countless pets over the years and within the last 8 years focused more on house pets namely dogs.

Deanna has skills. When our reactive rescue got out of the car, Deanna kept her hands relaxed and at her sides. She continued to talk with us and did not look at our girl. This is exactly how to meet an anxious dog! And our Portia responded by walking right up to Deanna and sniffing her. Portia walked with Rick this walkie. But Portia did walk between Deanna and him. She would normally be as far from anyone not us, as she could get! Most excellent! Our Mr. Baloo has never met a stranger and he was happy to make her acquaintance! We have already rebooked! Thanks Deanna!
