Pet care experience
Aside from owning my own dogs for over 20 years, I grew up in a home surrounded by pets and have always been a massive dog lover. I have plenty of experience with puppies, raising my own into loving family dogs past & present including our current loving Labrador Benny. I have looked after other peoples dogs for as long as I have had my own dogs but professionally I have been sitting in my home for the last 5 years. I hold an enhanced DBS certificate and am fully insured.

Deanna looked after Arnie really well when we were away for a week. She gave him the run of her house and lots of affection and ball throwing which he loves. She kept us posted with some lovely pictures and we would not hesitate to leave Arnie with Deanna again. Barry and Vivien
Another amazing experience with Deanna. Obi is in love with her and her family and now when he goes to her, he doesn't even say goodbye! Will continue to use Deanna's services and fully recommend her to anyone wanting a dog sitter.
Deanna (and family) were fantastic with our little baby boy Riggins whilst we were in Greece for 10 days. They provided daily updates and pictures, which made missing him easier knowing that he was in great hands and having the time of his life. We cannot thank them enough for taking safe care of our pup, and will definitely be checking their availability for our next trip away as our first port of call ?
We left Obi-Wan in Deanna's care for a day and night stay while we headed out of London. Everything was seamless and both Deanna and her family were great with Obi. They took care of all his needs and made sure he had an amazing time. He probably had a better holiday than us! We're super happy with the care Obi received and have found a regular sitter for our doggy ^_^

Your pet will have access to my whole home including the beds if that is where they like to sleep at night, I want them to feel safe, loved and relaxed. The family pet is an 8 year old Labrador who is extremely friendly but also knows when to give any visitors space. He is used to pups coming and going and is a great friend. His best friend is the little pup from next door who will occasionally pop around for play dates, he also enjoys our guests coming to visit and is extremely friendly. I have a very large 120+ft back garden for the dogs to explore and my home is surrounded by nature trails for long walks. If my guests are happy in the car i often take them slightly further afield for some new smells! I sit a maximum of 2 dogs at any given time so your pup will get plenty of attention and love.

It is a family home with a child who is 12 years old so it’s important we know how your dog gets on with children. Also breed is important as our child is allergic to some longer haired dogs. We will always arrange a walk and if appropriate a trial day prior to your booking so you can see in advance how happy your pup is to stay with us.
A typical day
When I wake (7am weekdays, 8am weekends) the pups are let straight into the garden for a run around and morning business while I am busy making their breakfasts. Sundays are scrambled egg days! I head out for a morning walk normally to the local nature trail but on weekends we may go further afield if all dogs are happy in the car. We then relax at home with access to the garden all day for play and toilet time. If it’s a nice day we will sit outside and play but we have plenty of indoor toys as well. Dinner is at 5pm and we will go for our last walk around 6:30pm. After that it’s snuggles on the couch and a final garden toilet visit before bed.

Pets in my care are very rarely left alone as all family members work from home. I do a long walk in the morning with my furry friends and a shorter one in the evening. Access to my very large garden is given as requested.
