I’ve enjoyed being a Critter Sitter in NYC for about 12 Years. Grew up in a variety of environments with dogs and cats (indoor/outdoor). I have experience with older pets who need a bit of extra care, including administering medicines. Am quick to learn personalities and communicate with pets. I take pride in tending to special needs, diets and feeding rituals. Keen with pet dynamics (alpha/follower) and pecking order. Good at matching playful energy or inspiring playfulness when called for. Use and teach hand signals and posture cues where relevant. Good with discipline and behavior goals. Am attentive to keeping pets safe from harm such as traffic and other threatening pets and I know the importance of keeping pets who might become aggressive away from other pets and people.
