During my visit, Dayton had six dogs under his care (including his own) and my dog ran away (the yard is not enclosed). This was the first time my dog had ever run away. Dayton informed me after the dog had gotten out and was spotted a number of times, but I was out of town. I did everything I could to find my dog at a distance. Finally when it was getting dark, one of Dayton's neighbors found him, but Dayton's phone battery was dead. I had to try to arrange for someone else to pick up my dog and watch him for the rest of the weekend. When I arrived to pick up my things, my dog's crate had been sitting outside and had days old dog poop in it. Dayton declined to refund me for the day that my dog was there and only contacted Rover about the incident after I sent multiple reminders for a refund for the days that the dog was not there. He should consider limiting the number of dogs he sits at once to more manageable numbers to provide better quality service and safety to the dogs under his care. I will not be using his service again.

Tucker is tired from playing and enjoying the beautiful weather! Last minute plans and Dayton was very accommodating and kind. Good stay
