Pet care experience
I have pet care experience in both a kennel and shelter environment, and I have also owned my dog for 11 years now. I am familiar with dog walking, feeding, exercise, play-time, and so on. I currently assist in training group classes such as puppy and manners classes, and am working towards becoming a certified dog trainer with the CCPDT Organization by offering in-home sessions. My dream is to help dog owners with not only basic training but as well as addressing any behavioural issues their loving pets may be exhibiting. I am also a huge advocate for adoption, and believe that every dog no matter their age or state deserve a loving home and infinite chances at happiness! I regularly visit dog tales rescue and sanctuary which was my previous employer.

I’ve known Dayana for over 17 years and in all the years she has developed into a kind and devoted woman; the one thing that never changed about her was her love for animals. She takes care of her own pets as if they were family and when in the presence of other animals, she is all open arms. She will be successful commencing this new journey in her career because her passion and dedication will always lead the way. She was employed at shelters and while expanding her academics and future career opportunities, she maintained a great relationship with the shelter. She visits that place til this day, and it’s been well over a year. I trust her loving character to be the best dog trainer.
