Pet care experience
I've always had dogs my whole life. Wanted to be a veterinary until I seen all that schooling. Own 4 pets of my own 2 cats and 2 dogs combined to over 200lbs. I currently work with dogs, cats and their owners and have been for 8+ years on a daily basis. They say don't take your work home but I do, I worry about them fur babies when I'm not with them. I currently walk my dogs at least 5 days a week, so I understand keeping them safe, and being aware of your surroundings when out for a walk including picking up after them.

Dawnn has always put pets first. She has watched and cared for my lab while I went away on vacation. upon picking up and leaving my dog was whining because he had so much fun with her dogs. She is also a manager at a pet hotel in which she created parties, and pictures for the dogs that come in. A coworker of mine takes her dog to the hotel dawnn works at and they have made a friendship and bond because of the dog. Dawnn really loves animals and is always helping me with training my new puppy. You dont have to worry when Dawnn is taking care of your pets. Dawnn also enjoys walking so walking dogs is right up her alley. I would hire Dawnn to walk or watch my dog anytime and have referred her to my friends and family.
I can't begin to express my admiration for Dawnn B and her interaction with my dog, George, as well as the others dogs that she dealt with. I met Dawnn as the manager of a pet boarding/pet supply store. George was a "special " dog in that he needed a lot of individual care. Dawnn adjusted her working with him to take into consideration all his idiosyncrasies. George in turn loved her and looked forward to staying at pet boarding. It was a win-win situation for him and for me. She was the reason that I could leave George and know that I would return to a healthy happy pet Although George passed away last year, I will always remember Dawnn's kindness to him and to me.I now consider her a friend and would recommend her to care for any and all dogs. A pet parent choosing her to care for a pet would not be sorry.
We have known Dawnn for over eight years, as she became a great advocate and friend of our family through our great dane, Diesel. Dawnn understands our pet members of the family intuitively, and works with them on their level very well. She is loving, caring and playful and firm, and serious as needed. Diesel came to know her by name and sight and was always ecstatic to see her. Diesel knew a good person when he saw one, too. Dawnn is very focused on the animal's behavior, traits and breed, and thus what is most needed for its welfare, health and good quality of life, play, obedience and becoming calm. We were fortunate to meet and connect with Dawnn, and find such great friendship with Diesel, also. Dawnn is simply phenomenal!

If he's every had an issue with other pets or people so I make our introduction go smoothly, the more I know about a pet the better. I don't want our first meeting to be uncomfortable for them. If I know the background I don't put the dog in a situation that is unfair to them

unfortunately it's better to not have them stay in my home my shepherd is very protective of his home.

Availability
I work full time but understand the need for pups to not be cooped up in the house. I let my dogs out all the time and I feel like my older dog is like why do you make me go outside so much. it's because at my current job I give them unlimited potty breaks and playtime's multiple times a day.
