Pet care experience
I have had dogs my entire life. I am at home full time to take care of your dog. We currently have two pugs of our own. We moved to a farm 7 years ago. We live on 17 acres of paradise that is completely fenced in. Your dog will be on vacation too:) We have spent the last few years rescuing and fostering many dogs including mama dogs and puppies as well as senior dogs. We have loads of experience taking care of dogs of all ages and needs. We treat them all like one of our own. I was an RN for 15 years before I retired early to take care of my children and of our farm. Because of my medical background, I am very comfortable taking care of any medical needs. I have 5 children that are older now. My youngest is 13 so have lots of helping hands and people to play with the dogs. Dogs must be dog friendly. I am comfortable boarding 2 dogs at a time.

I felt so at ease leaving my pup with Dawne - she sent updates with pics and videos, which was nice. She has a great home and property and I felt very happy to have found such a nice "boarding" experience for Tucker! Would definitely rehire!
Dawne deserves way more than five stars! I am a first time dog owner with a not-so great trained 10 pound Maltese who can be a handful. Even though Dawne lives 45 minutes from me, I have utilized her services 3 times now and will continue to book with her, as long as she will have Oscar back. She sets my nervous dog mom fears at ease with adorable pictures and updates and promptly responds to my (probably too frequent) messages. Her property is perfect for any animal, but especially my ornery little Maltese, who falls asleep as soon as we turn onto the road from her drive. I cannot recommend Dawne enough!
Excellent experience all around! Our puppy would rate higher than 5 stars as well if she could.... she was always so excited to get dropped off at Dawne's for the day. We're looking forward to going back again soon.
Just a wonderful experience provided by an animal loving family. Would be our first choice for boarding going forward. Thank you!
