Pet care experience
Until recently I have always owned animals (dogs, cats, horses etc) but do not have an appropriate home to own any at this time. I am hoping this will help to fill that void for me! I have also house/pet sat for many of my friends over the years since I was 16 years old. Any one of them would hire me again! I will love and respect your animals and your home. I am dependable, consistent, cheerful, kind and have a big heart towards not only animals but people as well. I also love travel and have had the privilege to do much of it myself. To be able to give you the freedom to travel or to focus on your daily pursuits without the distraction of worrying over your pet(s) is something I would consider an honor. I hope you will consider allowing me to help you!

Dawn is a family friend and our dog loves her. Actually, I think Chica likes her better than me! It makes sense, she's dog lover! She's dogsat on several occasions (both in our home and at hers) and we'd recommend her to anyone who wants their dog to be lovingly cared for.
Dawn is one of the most caring people I know. My pup Kallie Mae really loves her and she is awesome with her. If you're looking for someone who will love your pet well Dawn is it. She is also very active so I am sure your pet will get lots of fun exercise!

I would only like to know if the dog has any preferences of their own, such as certain activities or circumstance being stress-inducing. It's always helpful to know what the owners preferences are as well (i.e. some of my friends are very strict with their dog's diets, others are very moderate). I do better with less energetic breeds over long periods of time, but I will meet their needs whatever they may be.
A typical day
I love to walk in the Nolan Park Area or along the board walk at Fort Monroe. I love to play frisbee or throw tennis balls to play fetch. Also just enjoy playing or brushing animals if that is something they need/enjoy.
