I like to meet with clients ahead of the scheduled drop-ins so the animals can get familiar with me and I can learn their normal routines. We will discuss details and finalize the booking after the meet & greet.

I like to know each animal’s routine, temperament, likes and dislikes. Knowing what is “normal” helps make the visits easier for them. Also, any special requests such as medication or any additional information needed to give them the best care possible.
A typical day
I like to spend some time letting animals get used to me and to having someone in their space. I take my time and follow their cues. I provide time to play and also time to relax and decompress. I follow their lead and adjust as we go.

I have experience with all ages from rambunctious puppies to senior dogs. Familiarity makes animals more comfortable. I give them time to get used to me and follow their cues as I earn their trust.
