I have had cats, dogs, chickens, rabbits and various other critters around me since a child. I love nature and being outdoors. I have an ability to sense the room animals need to experience new people, at their own pace. I have been involved with animal organizations for 20 plus years fostering, transporting, to include overnight and extended stays. I am patient, caring and love spoiling them, but respectful of any training owners want to make insure is kept in place. Your animals will get the experience of someone who cares about them and who has years of experience. I am available, weekdays and weekends, unless I have previous pet sitting happening. I can't think of anything more to say, so I hope to meet you and your pets soon!

Dawn was a God-send! My mother-in-law fell and broke her hip, leaving her sweet cat Lulu at home all alone. My husband and I live over an hour away, and it was not feasible to care for Lulu ourselves, nor could we take her home with us due to my allergies. Dawn to the rescue! She went over and above for us, visiting Lulu daily, caring for her feedings and cleanup, and even met with the vet on our behalf. She would spend ample time with Lulu so that she didn't feel so alone. Unfortunately, my MIL had to move into an assisted living facility after her surgery recovery, and Dawn even facilitated Lulu's rehoming! That was well over a month ago and she still visits Lulu at her new home and sends me pictures to share with my MIL. She is truly a wonderful woman and an animal lover. You would be wise to hire her for any and all of your pet needs.
If you're looking for a caring and attentive dog sitter, you've found her! When MJ would come home from spending time with Dawn, she'd be healthy and happy. Dawn would also communicate with us while we were away so we felt connected to MJ and confident in her care. We'll use Dawn whenever she's available and feel good knowing that MJ is in good hands..
Dawn has a huge passion for all animals to assure they are under the best care. She always goes above and beyond to make sure that pets feel happy and at ease when their owners are gone. I would recommend her 100% to care for any of my fur babies and yours too!
Dawn.was.amazing! She has the kindest and most gentle way with dogs, the "babies." I was at such ease while out of town and knew they were in good hands and being loved.

A typical day
I am a true nature woman, so depending on your pet and what it needs, plan on insuring all that energy it may have, gets utilized. Balls, runs, long walks, just plain hanging out and experiencing whatever we want to get into in the moment. Beach, river, fields, trails, you name it, we'll do it.
