Pet care experience
I currently am doggy mom to an American Bulldog mix and Cairn Terrier mix adopted from a local shelter. I’m also kitty mom to 10 cats of our own; mostly foster fails. Lol. I also have experience with birds, having raised parakeets and growing up with a single yellow nape Amazon parrot. I also have experience with fresh water fish. I'll take care of your pet(s) just like you would. I have had dogs and cats all my life, from a Cairn Terrier to a Great Dane. This would include a Rottweiler who was injured in an accident and lost his ability to use his hind legs and had to use a cart to get around. I fostered dogs and puppies for a local rescue group for over 10 years in addition to having my own dogs. I now foster cats for a local rescue organization. I love animals of all kinds and can't wait to take care of your special family member. I look forward to hearing from you.

When caring for your pet I’m pretty flexible and am able to cater to most requests, whether doing walks or drop in visits for potty breaks and to keep your pet company for a while. If your visit request falls within meal times I can serve their meal.

I’d like to know how your pet gets along with other pets; if I need to be careful with your dog around other dogs. I’d also like to know if your pet has any physical constraints on exercise and activity.
A typical day
At this time all of my clients are walks or drop in visits. If we go outside the yard for walks I try to keep them as interesting as possible, and if I’m walking the dog I try to find different routes to take for each walk to keep things interesting.

Availability
I work full time Monday through Thursday and some Fridays. I’m available at 6:00 am for walks or drop ins or after 4:30 in the afternoon. I’m pretty free on the weekends.
