Just your casual animal lover living in Portland, and I’m in an indefinite WFH environment so I’m always home. I’m currently considering getting my own dog and I thought this would be a great way to adjust as I’ve never had “my own” dog. From previous experience, people have given me positive feedback and find comfort that I love watching their pets for them as it allows them to focus on whatever else they need to, or enjoy a trip. I’m also pretty active and if the dog is an active breed, I’m comfortable taking them on long walks/jogs throughout the day. I’ll also follow any restrictions (dietary, physical, etc.) if there is any, ensuring that your pet is not only comfortable but enjoys their stay!
