Please note, dogs up to 60lbs are welcome. Rover only allows a range selection, so after the 40lb max option it jumps to 100lb max. I'm happy to look after dogs up to 60lbs. I've been the go-to guy to look after friends' dogs for many years. Now I'm semi-retired, own a home, and looking to welcome your dog into this quiet Oakland Hills neighborhood. There's a sunny deck, an acre of backyard (unfenced, it's a greenway), spacious rooms, and Knowland Park. It's a vibrant household, as I also welcome guests through Airbnb, a guest with a dog gave me the idea to host. A people-liking dog would feel right at home here. Because of the dynamic nature of the house, people coming and going, a mellow, healthy dog is the best fit. I can't host a barker, as guests often are on various sleep schedules (traveling nurses with different shifts). For sitting at your house, there's also checking your mail, taking in packages, essentially taking care of the house as well as your dog. Additional references available.
