Pet care experience
Growing up our home was filled with cats & dogs. I've always had a dog or cat since then. In 2008 I got an amazing chihuahua that I never let out of my sight. In 2020 he developed cataracts, diabetes & a skin condition. My work schedule is thankfully flexible so I was able to administer two Insulin shots a day, 6 to 7 eye drops three times a day in varying eyes & different amounts, weekly visits to the vet & lots of special baths for his skin condition. In 2023 he lost the battle with diabetes & I think dog sitting is perfect for me. I loved our walks & the company and dog sitting would be an ideal way to spend time with dogs. They're the best.
Reviews
David is my GO TO!! He’s so perfect with Pearl and she so loved whenever they are together. I am so grateful to have such a caring sitter right here in the city. I couldn’t ask for more!
Our "gentle flower" rescue pup felt great with David! We appreciated all the love and care and the daily pics and updates. Thank you!!
Our Zelda was in great hands with David — thanks so much! I’d definitely bring her back to David’s place again.
It was my dog’s first stay here and it was amazing. David sent pictures of him to keep my partner and me updated. It was great and would book with him again!

I always put any pet I have first. I used to take Hercules on a small dog off-leash walk at Ocean Beach every Sunday and seeing him off leash was anxiety inducing but I powered through it.

Availability
I currently work in a bookstore Mon- Thur. My schedule is very flexible. Friday, Saturday & Sunday I'm available all day. If needing boarding on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday I would only work half a day or take one of those days off.
