Regular clients are delighted with the level of service provided and are thrilled to return home to happy, pampered pets who've made a new friend! There's no need to schlep to the kennel for pet drop offs and pickups after your vacation. That means... More time for you to relax! I have been caring for animals and providing in-home dog and cat sitting services in the Chicago North Shore area for over 20 years. Now a resident of Southwest Florida and a responsible, caring dog & cat lover (and pet owner). Serving pet sitting clients in Naples, Marco Island, and Bonita Springs area. Please Note: Clients will be charged per dog & per cat for in-home pet sits as well as for walks/visits. Dog breeds I have walked and cared for include: Golden Retrievers, Great Danes, Cane Corso, Cocker Spaniel, Australian Shepherd, Portuguese Water Dog, Beagles, Bichon Frise, Poodles, West Highland Terrier, German Shepherd, Maltese, Pekingese, Yorkshire Terriers, Siberian Husky, Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retrievers, Australian Cattle Dog, Sheepdog, Labrador Retrievers (Labs), Tibetan Terrier, Carolina Dog, English Bulldogs, and Boxers. Whether your dog needs plenty of exercise and fun during the day or pet sitting while you're away, I will make sure your animal friends get the special attention and individualized care that they deserve. As a separate service, I also offer our clients 1 Hour Walks and outdoor exercise / play sessions in your local parks. These extended visits and outdoor sessions are a great way for your dogs to get their much-needed exercise, attention, and play when you are pressed for time or traveling. Free meet & greet sessions are available for new clients! We can schedule a meetup to get acquainted and go over your dog's care needs and vet info before the first dog-sit.

David did a great job with our dogs! He communicated frequently and shared photos. Our dog who does not make friends easily came to trust him very quickly. We felt very comfortable trusting our dogs in our home with David.
David did a great job taking care of my dogs. He was very proactive in getting information, came on time, texted updates regularly, etc. My dogs loved him. And he left the house very neat and tidy. I will definitely ask him to watch my dogs in the future.
Things went fine other than I’d like a text when insulin was given to make sure it stayed on schedule. Very conscientious about making sure my travel plans stayed on time and actually changed plans by 2 days as my outgoing flight was canceled.
David is a perfect dog (and house) sitter! Our labradoodles, Jessie and Orwell, told us they adore him. Most importantly, we were able to take a week's vacation knowing that our precious babies (who can be a handful) were safe, cared for and happy. David kept us updated with texts and photos which we so appreciated. He even handled a vendor situation at our house when he couldn't reach us (which was above and beyond). And, he is a great housekeeper :-). We highly recommend David (and he is sitting again for us next month). Thanks, David!!!!!!!!!

Free Meet and greets with new clients and their pets are a valuable part of the process. You can share any relevant info about your dog's likes/dislikes and their temperament and care needs. That way, I can be well prepared when caring for your dog at home and while we're out walking in your neighborhood or local parks. We can also discuss any specific care instructions you may have for your dog and I'll make sure I have your pet's vet + emergency info stored for safety. I look forward to meeting your canine pals!

When your dogs need attention, care and feeding, and outdoor exercise / play time while you're away, I'm there to make it happen! Your pet's next fun "staycation" is just a click away. You can book with me for in-home pet sitting (around the clock care of your pets) or for care visits and walks. Experienced pet-sitting for owners with multiple pets. We'll enjoy backyard outdoor fun or head out to your nearby trails & parks for a long hike. My goal is to keep your dogs happy + healthy. Tails will wag!
