Scientists now know dogs are way smarter than previously thought. I have trained and cared for very diverse group of dogs and still greatly enjoy their company and caring for them. I almost never met a dog that didn’t like me. Dogs like my vibe and I often trust them as much or more than humans. I am both gentle and firm and very open to meeting and being with new people and canines. Affirmation and play (and treats where appropriate) all have a role in interacting happily with dogs. I have yet to meet a dog owner that didn’t ask me to come back to resume to care for or work with their creatures. I’m lucky enough to have had great and happy experiences with my dogs.
