Pet care experience
My family has had 3 dogs: Kingston, Rainier, and Kobi - all Hungarian Vizslas - which if you know, require equally large amounts of activity, love, and patience! In addition to raising our dogs from the puppy stage through their white-faced years, I have pet sat cats and dogs for friends and families over the years.
Reviews
David was great! He took care of our two dogs while we were out of town and kept them busy with many walks! He sent updates multiple times a day and was great with communication. When we got home, the house was spotless and the dogs were happy! Thanks David!
David is incredibly caring and comforting. He is one of those people that has such a warm presence and every human and animal feels comforted when he’s around. He is so inviting and calm that dogs, cats, all pets, always seem to gravitate toward him! He’s excellent with walking dogs, house-sitting dogs, cats, etc., and all other needs :)
David is a kind, considerate and responsible person! Not only does he love pets but he has the upmost respect for people's homes and privacy. David will ensure that your pet is both safe and loved! He can be trusted with check ins, dog walks and overnight stays. I can say from personal experience that David connects well with all pets! He loves our dogs and cats! We often joke that our dogs would be happier if they went and lived with David because they are overjoyed when he walks in the door. You will not be disappointed with his service, professionalism or care!

The one word I would use to describe my approach to pet sitting (and life) is “patience”. I understand it may take time for a pet to become comfortable with me and that is OK. Once they are able to get over their nervousness they will be spoiled with plenty of fetch playing, belly rubs, and naps.

I work full time remotely and have an extremely flexible schedule beyond a few meetings sprinkled throughout the week. This allows me to offer services at various times throughout the day. I am confident we can work out a schedule that works for the both of us. I am willing to do overnight stays on weekdays but in addition to being a good match with the pet, I also require a good match with the owner as one’s relationship with their home is just as precious as their relationship with their pet.
