First and foremost; we are dog lovers. I have owned and cared for other dogs many times over the years. We have a young Golden and generally take him to Edworthy park twice a day. We are a retired couple and if you want your dog in a home, rather than a kennel; this is the place.

I look forward to another opportunity to leave Biko with David for the day. Their dog Caber got along well with Biko, and Biko came home tired both days. David provided updates with photos and videos. His communication was quick, and his flexibility regarding pickup and drop off times is very much appreciated. 10/10 will recommend.
David was great - Franky warmed to him right away. Was communicative, and helpful (we were in a jam)
David was the absolute best dog-sitter ever. He went above and beyond, taking my dog to Edworthy (with my permission of course) and letting his dog and my dog play together and become the best of friends. I would definitely recommend him, he’s very trustworthy and responsible and overall excellent!!!
I’ve known Dave for over a year now😁 and I have never met such a kind and loving person. He has shown me that the world would be a better place if people could just let their differences be their strengths and just learn to love one another. I would let Dave take care of my own children. I have a fenced yard and own a young Golden Retriever. If you're looking for a caring, safe, place for your dog, this place will be the answer. I can also check on your dog at your home and pick and drop off if need be. Daily walking services in off leash or on leash area available daily.

My preference is to look after dogs who generally get along with other dogs. Your dog and mine have to be able to mingle. If you have a dog that, for the most part, doesn't get along or like other dog and people, then our home isn't the place for this dog.
A typical day
You're dog will have an instant friend with our Golden Retriever. We live very close to Edworthy Park off leash area, where we visit twice a day. When not there your dog has access to the parts of the house and the well fenced back yard.

We are retired and have the time to look after a couple of dogs. A walk in the off leash area is part of our daily routine.
