David is so knowledgeable and sensible we were very happy to leave Xander with him and Sally. We have had dogs for years so you get a feel for trustworthy folk. It was really good that we had a meet & greet before hand. Xander was so pleased to see them he didn't even give us a backward glance when he left with them! Now that's something that doesn't often happen.. And maybe the most important thing is that because our dog was happy we are happy with using David again.

This was our first time leaving Simba for a long time (17days) we found David on Rover. Simba loved the family and Josie. They looked after Simba very well. Simba was a bit anxious at first, but soon felt at home. All the correct food was given (Simba does not eat beef), his kibble and the wet food. Simba enjoyed his time with a Josie, playing hide and seek, sharing a sofa together. It was lovely to see them getting on, as Simba does does not have other dogs to play with. David sent us photos regularly, reassuring us that he was happy. Simba was also taken on regular walks, and to a dog field, getting dirty (which he loves), David gave washes to clean him up.
