Pet care experience
From age 10 I've had a dog. I've had 3 come into my life and then down the road, leave my life. The end of last year I lost probably the most special of them all... I love caring for animals. I love their unconditional love and I really enjoy just hanging out with them, but I'm still not at that place to have another just yet. Taking care of others Furballs is amazing. It fills up the place in my life where only a dog can fill. Any animal is a life long commitment. It can take incredible amounts of time, money and energy to care for them but at the end of the day, seeing the excitement in them when you come home from work makes it all worth it. I like being a part of that. Finding the balance between fun and training is the best part because if you do it right, it's ALL fun.

I messaged David around 7:30 in the morning and he was able to come pet sit by 10:30 that same morning, it was very last minute and he made the schedule work. He asked the best questions to make sure that he was caring for my babies the same way I would. He was amazing with my two puppies, took them for walks and to play at the doggy park in my complex. He went above and beyond and even cleaned up the house a little bit because puppies as you know make messes. He even took the trash out because the puppies kept trying to get into it, he went so above and beyond to make sure my babies had a good and safe time in his care. He kept me up to date with photos and videos the entire day. Your furry friends are definitely in good hands with David!
I have been telling David for years that he should pet sit professionally... My husband and I take at least 2 vacations a year and traveling is just not for our Paulette (our 4 yo Standard Poodle). My sister in law had a cleaning service out of Grass Valley and David's was part of that team, when I'd mentioned to her about the hard time I was having finding someone trustworthy enough to look after Paulette as well as being in our home for a week at a time she immediately spoke of David. She was sure he'd be a great fit... David's been staying at our home and watching her for us going on 2 years now. He is amazing. He takes amazing care of Paulette while we're away and even goes out of his way doing chores around the place, cleaning, and even finished up some trim painting on the house we were unable to finish this last year before our trip to Beverly Hills. He's fist on our list to call every time we start making vacation plans to make sure he's available. We simply could not get by without him!
David has been helping me with my dog Frankie for over a year now. We met off a different app. I honestly wouldn’t trust anyone more. He’s very much a dog person and will love on your pets like they are his. 10/10 would recommend.
David has cared for my pets multiple times. I am very anal about my pets re: what/when they eat. He has always been reliable and honest. I've never had any issues giving him my house keys or allowing him to stay in my home while dog sitting. He would be a great asset to you and your pets. Thank you

A typical day
Sacramento is full of great dog parks and trails. If I'm sitting a dog and getting to one of those parks is an issue, I like to set up something fun in a back yard for your pet to play on. It's easy to set up a quick little doggy obstacle course with things you can find around the house. Dogs already 'wanna help' so I engage with them while setting up the activity, which they love- and then attempt to get them to run the course. (Which is the best part).

Availability
I currently work with Task Rabbit, which allows me to set my own sched as well. I pet sit for private clients but TR doesn't offer a pet sitting category/service. My evenings and overnights are always open- nobody needs a TV mounted at 8 o'clock at night- so that's a lot of available time to keep an eye of the Fuzzballs 😁🏳️🌈
