Pet care experience
Trained EMT, trained chef, and massage therapist (with supplementary certification in pet massage) currently training to get back into mountain-climbing shape after getting squishy during the pandemic. Eager to walk as much and as often as possible. Pet owner since I was born (dogs, cats, ferrets, birds, mice, gerbils, chinchilla). Special experience with Retrievers, Terriers, Labs, Boxers, Pit Bulls, Sheep Dogs, Spaniels, Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Rhodesian Ridgebacks. House trained 10 dogs from pups so far. Conversational in French. Happy to cook your pets special food, if you like. Will cook to your specifications or to those I recommend for their breed, coat, and activity levels. Happy to work any hours needed.

I have a large, fenced-in yard and two goofy pups to keep your pets entertained (when we aren’t all hiking or going to the park). I have crates for when pups misbehave, but avoid using them as I prefer to train.

A typical day
Depending on the lengths of the hikes booked, we may hike through your neighborhood or explore the local mountains. If your dog would like to play with other pups, I am happy to set up play dates any time.

Availability
I work remotely and almost exclusively by phone, so constant play and attention are a given. Pet care is my main focus during the day and converts into bed snuggles at night.
