I have cared for dogs since I was young. As an adult I have owned and trained several of our own dogs. I have a certificate in dog training and care.

In our home, we use a crate or special area in the house for our dogs. They are fed 2x a day and are walked several times a day. They are also given the opportunity to play and socialize with other dogs. Prior to caring for your dog I will sent up a meet and greet. During our meet and greet, you, your dog, and me can get to know each other. At this time you can also an share information about you and how I can best meet your dog's needs.

It is important to know if the dog has any behavioral or aggressive issues with strangers. Is your dog comfortable with strangers coming into your home? How do you handle your pet when they are scared or upset? Knowing this will make myself and the dog comfortable with each other while you are away.
A typical day
I like to take dogs for walks and play with them. Our favorite places to take our dogs for walks is out in nature where they can explore the environment safely on a leash.
