Pet care experience
I've always had a special spot for dogs. I've volunteered at dog shelters in the past which included going on short walks, playing fetch, and washing dogs generally for a few hours at a time during weekends. I also have owned dogs nearly my entire life (including Golden Labs, dachshund, and mixed breeds) with my parents. I'm looking forward to taking care of your dog(s). I'm open to all breeds and sizes of dogs and if your dog is extra hyper we can go for jogs/runs leaving your dog happy if a bit tired while being fully exercised. If your dog requires special needs, please do not hesitate to tell me. Due to my current schedule of my job in Navy, i'll provide dog care in the afternoon and weekends. Meanwhile, my wife will help to care your dog at morning and noon. There are a few points we would like to go through with you before you make a decision. 1. Cancellation policy - Moderate (the profile will default to this option and enforced by Rover) A full refund is available if a client cancels by 12:00pm the day before the stay begins. 12:00pm is determined by the sitter's time zone. If canceled later than 12:00pm the day before the stay begins, a 50% refund is available for the first seven canceled days of the service, and a 100% refund is available for any additional days. 2. Communication: We will strictly follow the care instruction provided by you. We understand there will be last minute change, anything you forget to include, or anything you like or don't like about us. We are open to any discussions. Communication is the key! We are reasonable and flexible people and hope to meet other friendly people like you. 3. Feedback a. From sitter No matter it's a dog walk, or drop in visit, we will use Rover Care Card to send you pictures, status of pee/poo, food/water break, with a message to summarize the day. You will be able to view it at the end of the visit. If we find anything abnormal around the house, we will also text you directly on the rover chat. If anything you want us to do when we are there(bring in an urgent mail, turn off the forgotten stove), feel free to ask! b. From owner We would like to hear feedback from you too! After each visit, rover will ask you rate the visit. It's optional. Anytime you can just chat with us for feedback. However, we would like to at least have you review us once! If we did a good job, don't hesitate to give us a 5 stars! If we are being unreasonable, and don't listen even you tried to communicate (promise this will never happen), it's your choice to not recommend us to others. 4. Rate We don't change the rate normally. We will keep it at a reasonable/average range. However, it is possible that the rate will change due to the market change. Any bookings before the change effective to existing customer, we will honor it and will remain the same. Any future bookings after the change effective, will reflect the new rate automatically. Please check the current rate before you confirm the booking. If there is any financial issue, don't be afraid to discuss! We want to build a strong, loving relationship with your fur baby and your family rather than just doing business. We both have other jobs. The reason we pet sit on Rover is because we LOVE dogs, but couldn't have our own, due to other circumstance. We are using this opportunity to release love, learn to care a dog and help out your family. Why not? :)

Don't miss out on booking this young man! He did a fantastic job with our Schnauzer Teddy Bear. We were with an RV caravan on vacation in North Stonington & also visiting Mystic Seaport, Newport, & other nearby places. David G. was prompt & caring.
