Hi thank you for finding my profile! I am a 24 year old University of Maryland graduate (go terps) and have been living in Washington DC for about 2 years now (currently located in Gallery Place Chinatown). During the week I work full time as a technology consulting analyst. In my free time I enjoy exercising, live music, hiking, and trying new DC restaurants :). I grew up in Maryland, and so have been familiar with the DMV for my whole life. At my parent's home we have two pets, our cat - Comet, and our dog - Sandy. Sandy is a 7 year old yellow lab and carolina dog mix that we rescued from a lost dog foundation about 5 years ago. Comet is 6 years old and before that had another cat - Oliver, for 15 years before he passed away when I was 15. Growing up I was responsible for watching several different dogs and pets throughout my neighborhood, especially during the summer when families would go on vacations. I have experience taking care of animals, both friendly and shy, always staying conscious/respectful of a pet's personal space. A friend of mine recommended I give Rover a try and i'm excited to get started! I also enjoy casual photography so if you want me to take any nice photos of your pet with my camera that is something I can arrange for you!
