Pet care experience
I had a Golden Doodle and have many years of experience with dogs. Cata has years of experience caring for her own dog. We also care and walk dogs in our building and our pet sit our friends' dogs as well. Cata is on vacation right now so she has ample time to care for dogs. I work from home so my few meetings in a day can be moved around to accomodate for dog walks, playtime and meals. We are volunteers at the Charlotte Humane Society and love helping there in the various volunteering opportunities.

David & Catalina we’re excellent! My dog is older and has a lot of health issues. They administered all his meds and even took him to the vet when he had some issues during our trip. They were constantly in communication about how he was doing and took great care of him at our home.

I had a wonderful experience with David and Cata. They provided a fabolous care for my dog, and are incredibly reliable and trustworthy. They are excellent communicators and provide updates and detailed reports. I never worry about ny dog when I leave him with them.

We'd be happy to know if your dog has special needs so we can accomodate and prepare accordingly. We make sure to follow your dog's individual schedule (that we ask you prior to hosting), ask you about their specific triggers, give them lots of smooches (the most important part!), and always communicate in a kind tone. We are lifelong dog lovers and we want to give your pet all the love and attention they need while you're away! We would be happy to feed them as needed. For dogsitting, we could stay at the client's homes overnight (if they are comfortable) or make multiple trips throughout the day from morning to night. We will also ensure that the house looks "lived in" from the outside (picking up mail/newspaper, leaving lights on/off at certain times, etc.) to maximize safety while you're away. Doors will always be locked upon my entry and exit from the home.

A typical day
I used to have a golden doodle who was in an amazing shape because we would spend hours playing catch. Cata had a boston terrier who was super active and playful, and we'd walk Ollie all over the neighborhood and he loved it.

Availability
I (David) work from home at my own schedule and I love taking breaks in between meetings, so a quick walk or playtime with the puppies is always a treat for both. Catalina works at a doggy boarding and daycare and many days she only works half a day, so she is around to perform visits or walks.
