I have lived with my friend and his dog (~65 lbs) and my brother and his dog (~10 lbs) for a year each. I know how to feed, walk, clean up after, and play with dogs and am always open to just relaxing with them too. I’ve dog sat for my friend’s 2 dogs in downtown Manhattan as well so I know how to take care of dogs in a city environment. I am all about positive reinforcement and am strongly against things like shock collars or any other means of capital punishment. I love dogs and want more experience caring for them before I commit to being a full-time dog owner. I know that every dog is different and has their own personality so I will listen to whatever advice, rules, guidelines, and tips you have in order to best care for your pet. I understand that communication is important and I am open to whatever level/frequency of contact you prefer.
