I've had many pets (dogs and cats) in my life and have showered love and attention on all of them. I live in a small ranch-style home in East Mesa with a large fenced in back yard where dogs love to sunbathe and frolic and chase the occasional errant chicken who hopped the wall from the next-door neighbor's. I work from home each day and I'm around most of the time to give my pup visitors a run in the yard or a walk around the neighborhood. I've used Rover myself in the past with other pets and so I know how important communication and building trust can be. I require a meet-and-greet before any new dog-sitting experience so we can get to know each other and establish a relationship. I know how important your furry friend is in your life and I honor that by treating them as well as I'd treat my own - like family. I'd be honored to be your dog's B&B! Dogs have comfortable places to relax while I'm working (dog beds, couch, bed, etc.), a rear fenced-in yard with grass, and pretty constant attention during the day. I am self-employed and work from home, so there is plenty of time to spend on the pups in my care. We take frequent breaks in the back yard, and if appropriate I will drive them to nearby Red Mountain Park for walks in the morning and evening. I just recently (January 2023) adopted two rescue pups, so they have become part of the dynamic of my home. From what I know of their background and from what I've experienced, they are generally good with other dogs, but they are high energy and like to chase and wrestle, so they may not be the best fit for all dogs. A meet-and-greet is essential to make sure they will get along with any client dog.
