Please note the days I can offer each service Fri-Mon: Daycare and Overnight Boarding Tue-Thu: Daycare ONLY I can’t offer boarding for a full week to cover holidays etc due to these restrictions. I had a rescue dog myself for a year and a half but sadly had to give her up due to a change of circumstances. I miss the day to day company and would love to still look after dogs around my new schedule. I took being responsible for my dog’s wellbeing very seriously, and would treat your dog as if it was my own with the same level of care. As this isn’t my primary income, my rates are a little lower than recommended to ensure it’s affordable, and help people avoid the heartbreaking decision I had to make to give my dog up.

Dave is an excellent dogsitter who I will absolutely use again if I’m in the area. I dropped Gypsy off for daycare mid way through a long drive, when I went to pick her up she was having an excellent time playing ball in the sun in his garden - she then slept like a baby for the rest of the drive 😊 He was also excellent in the run up, kept in touch and left helpful directions to find his house. Gypsy is also a challenge with other dogs and he had no problems dealing with that on the walk.
Dave did us a huge favour by helping us out at the last minute, he responds immediately to any queries and was so accommodating to Ace's needs. He sent updates, gave him the time to play ball in the garden, despite having to work and must have been good company for Ace as he is typically quite unsettled with people he doesn't know, but he felt comfortable enough to accept a good cuddle and even went to his bed to settle!
Dave was a fantastic sitter for my very timid whippet he was so patient with her and took time to understand her ‘unique ways’ I would definitely ask Dave to look after Cagney again.

All you’d need to do is drop them off with some food, poop bags and any home comforts. I will always go through your expectations for the level of care provided and any concerns to ensure you feel completely comfortable leaving your dog with me.

I’ve always been able to read dogs personalities well and find a way to connect with them. My dog was very anxious with lots of quirks, so don’t worry at all if your dog isn’t the easiest. The more information you can provide the easier it will be for me to ensure they are cared for to the same standard they would be at home.
A typical day
I have lots of toys in the house and garden to keep your dog entertained, and have lots of dog friendly places to walk in my area. My dog was very active so I’m used to making time during my work day to get them moving.

I work from home Mon-Fri nearly every week, and habitually walk every day anyway, so I’m in the perfect position to give your dog the love and exercise it needs for daycare or overnight. I will be in the same room as them all day, give them one short lunchtime walk and two playtimes in my garden during the day, with the odd sneaky fuss break from work! With extra attention in the evening if they are staying for the night. I will generally need to leave them for around 2 hours in the evening if staying, and depending on your dog’s nature and needs.
