About us: Please note that we have moved to Netherlands and are not taking bookings at this time. Thanks! When caring for dogs, we believe in reinforcing good habits and safe behavior with positive experiences. Being huge animal lovers, we take the time to ensure our boarding guests enjoy all the hospitality of being part of a dog loving family. Both of us work from home and are flexible during the day so your puppy will always have at least one of us around. During the day, dogs are taken on walks, given supervised playtime and structured activities and plenty of rest time as well. We also offer medicine administration upon request.

Dave and Barbara are great and are truly dog lovers! They took care of our 1-1/2 and 12 year old German Shorthaired Pointers for several days. They would send us daily messages and pictures of how our dogs were doing along with how our dogs interacted with the other dogs that Dave and Barbara cared for. I highly recommend using Dave and Barbara and look forward to having them care for our dogs in the future.
Dave was a five-star caregiver to my senior citizen dog. He adjusted her sleeping area for her best comfort. He fed her well and allowed her to walk freely around using her senior citizen level of exercise.I felt reassured leaving my dog there as I got updates of what she was doing and how she was doing. I highly recommend Dave. Not only is he a dog trainer by profession, he has a great set up for dog care in his home and outdoors in his yard. This was definitely a five-star experience for my senior citizen girl.

About Phin 🐶: We have a rescue dog named Phin. He gets along with other dogs great and he is always up for any adventure. When we first rescued him he was afraid of everything. However, with time and nurturing he has come out of his shell and learned to be a "DOG". Whether we are on walks, hiking, going on a roadtrip or even motorcycling, our little guy is an active part of our life. About our place: We have a fenced back yard and also a separate fenced side yard we converted to a doggy play/ training area so when the weather is good they can romp around and play outside safely and supervised. We also have an indoor area in our garage that is set up specifically for dogs to have as a play area when the weather is bad. There is wall to wall padded gym tiles put in place for comfort and plenty of toys and chews in there to keep dogs busy and engaged during their supervised play time. There are several parks and nature trails around us for walks/hikes.

About Dave: I'm a KPA CTP and Valor K9 certified professional dog trainer. Using modern, relationship-based and balanced approach I have seen my training methods dramatically improve the lives of countless dogs and their people! My background includes completing multiple intensive professional dog training programs and receiving certification both at the Karen Pryor Academy and Valor K9 Academy. Working with dogs have always been part of my life and i love seeing the difference training and helping decipher their behaviors to their owners can bring to the human - dog relationship and seeing balanced dogs thrive. Phin is my demo dog and helper as needed during training sessions with other dogs.
