Pet care experience
What sets me apart from other sitters is that I take care of any animal as though it were my own. I love those moments of connection with dogs where its like they look into your eyes and they're just waiting for you to show them love and affection. Its really amazing to see how much of a soul animals really have. So I don't take it lightly or see this as something to just make money. I recognize that it takes a certain person to really care personally for the pet as though it was their own child!. I've had quite some time working with dogs especially at different daycares and boarding facilities so I know safety protocols and understand being patient with them.

Darryus was great with my dogs. He stayed over night for a week while my family was on vacation. He cared and played with my dogs like they were his own. He would be my first choice when using rover again.
Darryus is someone who deeply loves, cares for, and appreciates animals! He once aspired to be a marine biologist! He can't help but be around him as his previous jobs reveal. They just may be his most favorite thing! You can rest assure that beloved pets everywhere are best nurtured in Darryus's hands.

I care for the dogs by ensuring they arw comfortable. Letting them get a feel for me and their area. If they show signs of stress or anxiety I know to remove them from an area thats stressing and as far as making sure that if another dogs approaches I will watch the body language of the dogs to make predict what their behavior will be so I can redirect them

Health issues or medical related things I should know or history of health problems. If the dog gets overheated or is on medication how long can it be outside for and after eating how long till the dog can go walking so it doesn't get bloating. If the dog is aggressive with other dogs or people that they do not know. Does the dog have history in acting aggressively with people or other pets.
A typical day
Playing fetch or walking in the park or near a pond. Airing on the side of caution if the dog is friendly with another dog letting them interact and get a feel for each other
