Darrian was fabulous. We not only needed a sitter on short notice for our three kind of neurotic but beloved canine monsters, we also needed to have them cared for in a cabin that has no running water and no real heat on a night when the temperature was projected to drop to twenty-one degrees. Darrian accepted this challenge and also kept in constant touch with me prior to our meeting in order for us to be able to work out all the details of her stay. She offered several different times when she could come on her own time to meet our sweet monsters before she actually came to sit for them. And when Darrian met our Sassy, who is traditionally quite standoffish with strangers and who generally will not approach anyone she is not familiar with for upwards of an hour, Sass took immediately to Darrian and showed her affection from the moment they met. We were astonished at the instant rapport Darrian shared with our pups. Furthermore, though we inundated her with information before departing, Darrian asked pertinent and important questions that solidified our confidence in her and enabled us to leave with her with our precious monsters knowing they were in good hands. Indeed, Darrian provided extraordinary attention and beyond-expectation services, like walks, during her stay resulting in our return to monsters who were very happy and almost nonchalant about our having been gone. One could not ask for more....

Darrian is a sweetheart! Meeting her, we felt at ease (nervous pet parents;) with how she interacted with the pups. She is very receptive to both our needs and the animals. We feel so lucky to have someone like Darrian! We got updates and a nice picture of the three of em' hanging out. Our home was just how we left it and finding a nice note was a plus!
