Loving Care For Your Fur Baby
Pet care experience
As I child I was pet sitting since the age of 15 for both cats and dogs. Then I had dogs of my own since the age of 18. The longest I had a fur baby was Allie. I had her since the age of 6 months. She passed on at the age of 18 years old. I currently still pet sit for friends and family and decided to now do it professionally . I have stayed in others home and have had overnights in my home. I have walked and fed dogs. Changed cat litter and spent time petting and cuddling depending on fur babies comfort level. Also, earlier in my career I used to work at a Front desk manager/tech assistant at Plainfield Vet Group. There I ran the front desk, assisted in office visits and tech lab work as needed. I was there for 2 years till the practice was sold.

We were on vacation in Europe for about two weeks and had Darlene care for our cat. He is comfortable just with our immediate family and is at best aloof with people he doesn't know so we expected him to be challenging to watch. When we came home though, he was the most relaxed and affectionate we have ever seen him. Darlene worked magic with him!
Darlene has cared for my 2 dogs for our last 2 vacations. I have nothing to worry about when she is with them because they are in good hands. She sent me pictures while I was away and gave me updates on how they were. Having a person who is an animal lover themselves makes all the difference in the world.
Well I don’t have a dog. But I do have three cats. One indoor cat and two outdoor/indoor cats. I asked Darlene to stop by twice a day to check in on the cats. This was my first trip away from them since their fur mom passed away. Darlene came in each day played and took care of them! The litter boxes were clean when I came home and nothing was out of place. She even sent me pictures each time she came. I would definitely call on her again!

I am currently looking to watch your fur baby in the safety of your home where they are familiar with their surroundings. For first time services. I would like to review any concerns you have for your pets and review your pets habits to ensure we don't have any disappearing acts.
Information Darlene L. would like to know about your pet
I just really need to know what is your pets normal routine. Is their behavior that makes them a little scared. Should I not wear my sunglasses around them etc. At times rescue pups have been through alot and there can be some triggers that upset them. My little girl did not like anyone with sunglasses on. That is why I used that as an example.
A typical day
I love taking long walks in the nearby parks. If a park is not near. Then I like to know the best walking route for your pet. If a yard is preferred I love playing a good game of fetch even if it is only one sided. For cats and kittens I love rolling the ball around or using a fishing feather to stimulate activity. But each pet is different so taking some time to getting to know their individual needs is important.

Availability
I currently work from home and make my own hours. If needed to stay in the home I just will pack my laptop and monitor and go. Having wifi is super helpful. But can use my hotspot if necessary. If you are looking for a Furbaby sitter in your home. I will travel up to 25 miles.
