Pet care experience
My name is Darby and I spent the last year in Austria playing and coaching professional volleyball! But, I’m now back in Niagara and I am working as a Rover Sitter full time! I am also a foster coordinator and volunteer for Niagara Dog Rescue, where I have experience dealing with dogs of varying types, medical needs and behaviors. I have worked with and owned dogs both big and small. I have also worked with dogs with varying special needs. My previous dog Mickey (Shitzu) was diabetic and blind for many years and was always full of energy and love. I also owned and trained a St. John’s Ambulance Therapy dog who would travel to hospitals and schools to help bring cheer and hope to others.

Darby is absolutely amazing! She was early to pick him up, constantly updated me on Gus and Gus was ready to be picked up right on time. Gus was very happy playing with her pups and came home smelling better. Darby took really good care of Gus and will definitely bring Gus back when we are in the area.
Darby was excellent. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for doggy care . Just after the first day Ginger was excited to go back again.

I know how stressful it can be leaving your pup behind when you’re away, but I can assure you that they are in good hands. I have a fenced yard and two friendly pups to keep your fur baby company. I have experience with dog intros through my rescue program and can provide a safe and happy place! I love to be active and can provide whatever exercise you need! I want to make sure that your dog is as comfortable and happy as possible until you get home. I also provide a variety of different services and experiences for your pet. Please message me for price details on the experience or if you have something specific you’re looking for. Some of the experiences are free of charge because I have just as much fun as they do! 1.) Daily Adventure Packages: Traveling to different locations within the Niagara Region that are a bit further (Niagara-on-the-Lake, Niagara Gorge Trail, Queenston Heights, Nature Hikes, Pet Boutiques for a Snack, Beaches, Swimming experience in my above ground pool for smaller dogs, Water Days). I will provide updates on our adventure as well as some awesome pictures of your pet! 2.) Dog Washing 3.) Doggie Paintings 4.) Dog Friendly Baking (Doggie Bags to take home!)

I have been a local of the niagara region my whole life. I know all the good spots to go for walks as well as parks to visit. I love to go on adventures and I will make sure your pup is spoiled and has a blast while you’re away. I am willing to be as active as you want with your pup, just let me know your preferences and your dogs activity level.
