Dog lover looking for work!
Pet care experience
Since my 10th birthday when I got my first dog Corey, I have always been taking care of dogs. I have dog sat/dog walked on and off over the years. I am also experienced with taking care of elderly dogs and dogs with low mobility.
Reviews
Darby did an excellent job checking in on my cat while I was away. He provided daily updates and pictures, which put me at ease that my cat was being looked after.
On time, very professional and my kitties loved him!! Thank you!
Darby was easy to communicate with, friendly and accommodating. Louis came home happy and relaxed from his time with Darby. We will definitely be using him again!
Excellent! Highly recommended!

I have an apartment to my self that is relatively small but is comfy, safe, and well kept! No other pets or humans to worry about. Very close to a park for many walks depending on your dog’s energy levels or they can feel free to lay around on my couch or bed.

The only behavior that will may not work for my situation is a dog with severe separation anxiety that will bark a lot when left alone. Just in case I need to run and grab groceries or grab the mail, I need to know the dog won’t be howling in my apartment until I return for my neighbor’s sanity.
A typical day
We will usually go for a walk when we first get up to the local park usually for 10-15 minutes depending on the energy/mobility of the dog. Once back, we will do breakfast as instructed by the owner. Then I will start my work day from home ( your dog will have complete access to my bed/couch right next to me while I work and hangout). Our next walk is usually around noon, this one a bit longer than the morning walk and may include going to the dog park if recommended by owner. Followed up by lunch if necessary, then finishing up work for the day. For the evening time, I will usually do a walk before dinner(6-7ish) and then one last walk before bed 9:00+. This is a very generic description but gives you a good idea of what to expect.

Availability
I just recently moved from Vermont so my schedule is pretty much wide open. I work from home so I will be with your dog for 99% of the time. Due to my open schedule I am able to book requests pretty last minute so feel free to send me a request even if you think it’s too late.
