The More the Merrier!
Pet care experience
Doggos (and animals of most kinds!) have been part of our lives for years. My father was veterinarian and growing up we had a revolving door of pets:) Since then, our family "farm" has included everything from guinea pigs to chickens to dogs of all sizes! Because of that lifestyle, I fell into pet sitting and, eventually Rover, naturally and have been doing it for years.
Reviews
Another lovely visit with Darby. My dog was actually bored to be back at home. Thank you Darby!
Darby is great with my little girl. I’m very comfortable with her staying there and knowing she’s well cared for.
This was our second time booking with Darby. She is wonderful! She treats our pets like her own, and we never worry for even a second when they are with her. They return home healthy, happy and well-loved.
Darby is so kind and caring. Anyone can see how much she loves dogs. She is also so understanding and flexible when plans change. She is the best and I would never hesitate to leave my little guy with her!

Safety, trust & environment
We do have a fenced yard with a lot of running room. My pup loves the company and has a lot of fun playing with whoever's around. I am not one to leave dogs outside on their own, though, so we're out there to play with them. Having a safe and healthy environment in the house is crucial too - add that to a lot of loving and our goal is that your pup will feel safe, content, and want to come back:)

Information Darby M. would like to know about your pet
The most important thing to know is how I can best love/care for your dog. Every pup has different needs and I'd like to make sure I'm able to meet them! In addition, I'd like to know how the dog reacts to smaller animals - we have quite a few caged smaller animals and, while I'm not planning on letting them interact at all, it would be nice to know if there's a history of aggression so I can raise my alert level! Also, barking is an issue b/c of our neighbors... It would be important for me to have a plan ahead of time if I knew the dog was a barker.
A typical day
Morning loving on the couch with news with breakfast and time outside to follow. Always yell bingo to start the morning! We vary our walk schedule depending on what our day holds. We love to walk around Belle-Grove Square and King Park is a favorite as well. Sometimes, depending on the dog dynamic I have, I might not even do a walk - often the pups are so tired from yard activity that a walk is overkill. Afternoons are pretty lazy around here but then lots of playtime in the early evening as the rest of the family comes home and joins the chaos:)

Our fosters/pet-sitting dogs have always just gotten absorbed into the fray! Whatever the family does, he/she goes along.... as long as it's within the parameters of what instructions I've been given!
