Pet care experience
I have owned dogs my entire life (22 years) and have lived with a total of 12 dogs during that time ranging from newborn puppies to senior babies. I currently live with two cats and one big pitbull, and can’t ever imagine my life without animals! I have also volunteered with two different foster groups for dogs, which included walking, playing with, and cleaning dogs of all walks of life. I have also been pet sitting (both dogs and cats) since I was 12, so I feel very comfortable handling all types of animals. My mother has been rescuing senior dogs for the past 6 years, so I also have experience with doggie diapers and going at their speed!

As I already live with two cats and a dog, I will only be caring for pets in owners spaces. I have experience with escape artist pets and will put safety and caution above all else. I use harnessed and gentle leaders with my pets, so am able to use whichever device you wish for walking or other tasks.

A typical day
I love taking my dogs to the north bark dog park for a swim, but also enjoy going for a jog if the dog park is not their style! For the senior or sleepy babies, I enjoy a good cuddle on the couch or some laying out in the sun.

I am currently a student at UTMB getting my doctorate in physical therapy! My classes are mostly online, so I would love to make extra cash while I go through my medical program. I have a very flexible schedule with my classes being online, I can take them anywhere!
