Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs at home and have always had on and off dog sitting gigs over the years. Last year I rescued my pup Dean and have loved having him in the home. As a nurse, I understand the important of medication administration and I have personal experience with doggie medication administration. I love giving pups a good bath and make sure they get a nice treat after! Family and friends have always appreciated my help taking care of their dogs and I’d love to be able to help you too!

Darby is amazing with pets! She is very attentive, kind, and loving. She’s watched my dog while I went away for a weekend and has let my dog out when I needed a helping hand. I’ve received photo updates to see how my dog was doing and text updates. I would definitely recommend her for any pet care needs!

I live in a row home in a great walkable neighborhood with a fenced in backyard for the pups to play and use the bathroom. If your pup is staying with me they’ll be sure to get lots of snuggles and play time with the assortment of toys we have. At night, if they like cuddling up in bed they’re more than welcome to join me as we snooze! My dog dean loves getting to know other dogs but does well giving them their own space.

A typical day
If your pup is staying with me we’ll enjoy snuggles in the morning, however early they get up! The rest of the day will consist of lots of time out back, on long neighborhood walks (as tolerated) and even some hikes if you’re ok with it! Lots of time to play but also plenty of time to relax and enjoy their vacation from home!

I work 3 shifts a week at the local hospital which gives my schedule a lot of flexibility for your dog sitting and walking needs!
