Danny was super flexible with our scheduling (and re-scheduling) and really calm with our old lady Sey. We had just had our daughter and Sey was so protective of our home at this time but Danny showed her that he respected her territory and let Sey set the pace of allowing him into the apartment. When we came back from our trip she looked like she had been to the spa with a shiny coat and good energy.

Danny and I have been dating for almost two years now and he has been the epitome of a responsible and empathetic person. I am able to say this because I have often suffered from anxiety attacks within our time together and Danny has always stepped up to the plate in helping me get through them. Danny's own responsibility in taking care of animals shows in his affection toward his own dog. Gallifrey, Danny's dog, has been well taken care of since Danny took him in (from a family friend who found him at their door). Danny takes time out of his schedule to go to the park with Gallifrey, gets his yearly check ups and looking into the best food options for his pet. Danny is admirable in his affection with his affection towards Gallifrey, but it even extends to him loving other pets, mine included. My cat, Aster, was only a kitten when I got her. Danny is allergic to cats but he would still volunteer to look after my cat when I went on retreats out of state. When Danny goes with Gallifrey to the pet supply stores, he would often bring back some treats for Aster as well. Whenever he is over at my place, he always plays with my cats and checks her food and water bowl when he leaves, because he wants to ensure that Aster wants for nothing. As far as candidates go, Danny is amazing. He does not simply like animals, but loves them- and shows it with his responsibility for empathy towards them. He is passionately studying at Hunter College to get into the Veterinary Program, driven by his love for animals.
