Pet care experience
Experienced dog walker, house-sitter, and animal caretaker. I have taken care of (including feeding, cleaning, and loving) dogs, cats, snakes, salamanders, guinea pigs, fish, and chickens. I am also willing to do typical housesitting roles while taking care of your animals - such as collecting mail, watering plants, etc. I have owned dogs all my life, and because I am a fitness nut I can walk any dog - even naughty ones that pull and get distracted! You know who they are ;) I love dogs and cats equally and I'll give them the love and attention that they're used to! I can coax anxious dogs into belly rubs, and make the most skittish cats "make cookies." Not afraid to feed snakes, or administer oral or topical medications that require specific instruction. Let me know all your special needs, and I will accommodate them!

Danny was great with my cat! He sent lots of pictures while I was out of town, and he left me some written notes from each visit when I returned. I would have him pet sit again in a heartbeat. Thank you!! :)
Danny is a true animal lover who delights in his every interaction with his furry friends. He has a great relationship with my pug, Otto, and gets along really well with my soon to be adopted rescue kitty. Danny has helped me care for my dog as well as my more exotic pets, Edgar the snake and Rufus the naked guinea pig. While some people might be off put by these unusual animals, Danny has never hesitated to show them love and care. He is very responsible, and I trust him with all of my pet care needs.
Danny is the best pet sitter ever! I have had him watch my dog and cat on multiple occasions and each time he gives my fur babies the utmost care and attention!! My cat is special needs, and he handles her medications very well and makes sure to give her especially gentle and focused care. I would recommend Danny to everybody!!

I have no animal or breed preferences, but give me as much information as is appropriate so I can take care of your pet exactly how you and they expect it! I would like to know if your animal has any special needs (including human, dog, cat, or food related anxiety) so I can accommodate them.
A typical day
I love exercise as much as your most hyper pup. Any range from short, slow walks for the esteemed elderly, to vigorous runs for playful adolescents are all on the table! Let me know if your dog is comfortable playing with other dogs, and I will take them to one of Pittsburgh's designated Off Leash Exercise Areas (OLEAs).
