Danny adores animals of all kinds. He befriends all the neighborhood pets. When he had a cat, a neighborhood cat would come over and lay in his backyard with his cat. Danny would leave out a bowl of food and water, and would maintain these bowls so they would not go dirty or empty. He is also respectful of other people's pets and would ask the owner for permission before interacting with the pet. He cares for his own animals as true family members and will always look out for their health and happiness. He helped care for a Frechie puppy until he was 1 year old. When the vet suggested surgery to widen his nostrils in order to ease his breathing, Danny scheduled the surgery immediately and then followed the doctor's orders exactly for antibiotics and follow-up care. Danny would play with him and train him for hours even after a long day of work, and the puppy would also stick by his side too. He is attentive to pets' needs and loves them dearly.
