Babies and seniors, my specialty!
Pet care experience
My entire life has been dogs, dogs, dogs! I also have other animal experience, such as chickens, goats, horses, cats, parrots, etc I have experience in whelping and rearing litters, training and building confidence in puppies and adults, house training, manners trainings, lead training, etc. I use balanced methods, while heavily leaning on positive reinforcement, but always adjust to the dogs in front of me. I have also had a few years of rescue and rehab experience, particularly with cats and puppies. I'm experienced with working dogs, large dogs, small dogs, and definitely giants! I'd like to think puppies are my specialty. I also have a bit of formal education. Let's work together!
Reviews
She takes very good care of animals, and is very loving to them. I havent ever hired her to take care of my pets but the times she has been in my house she has loved my cats. I would trust her to take care of any animals that I own.
I have never met someone as understanding of, and more caring for, the needs of animals than Dannie. He managed to tackle issues with my pets that I had initially forgotten to warn him off prior, simply due to good caring instincts and quick reactions.
Dannie is a huge animal lover, a kind soul and a great friend. If I ever need to hire someone to take care of my animals it would for sure be Dannie. Id know my animals were safe and cared for.
If you want the best for your dog, Dannie is the person to go to! He is extremely knowledgable, compassionate, and dedicated to the wellbeing of dogs. He has lots of experience with managing and training large, powerful dogs too, so if you have a big dog you do not have to worry about Dannie's handling skills. You will not regret working with Dannie!

I follow instructions laid out for me to my best of my ability. I like to take it slow, and help your pets be comfortable. New people can be scary for some pets, and we went to make the experiences as positive as possible. The goal is a lot of fun, and being safe! I also want to add, I am incredibly LgtqiA+, and disabled persons friendly!
Information Dannie R. would like to know about your pet
Definitely let me know if there are any specific needs your dog has, behaviors (such as anxious behaviors, reactivity, OcD, etc), and what their energy level is. What rules you'd like enforced, if they're not allowed in any rooms, if they can be let off leash safely in their yards, allergies, anything that would help, and anything to avoid!
A typical day
I think brain games and short training sessions are a couple of the most important tools in your toolbox. Depending on what your pup likes, and what their needs are, we might do some scent games, freeshaping, structured walks, fetch, whatever you're dog is into! Enrichment is so important! Definitely make sure to have down time to relax!

My own dogs are my world, and I am constantly trying to do better by them. I am always teaching out to peers to get their recommendations/opinions, and talk about training, care, nutrition, etc . I have working bred dogs, so sometimes our days don't look the same, and offering enrichment and exercise is super important. I also have four cats of my own, as well as two Chihuahuas. My male Chihuahua has mobility issues, and that has been a learning curve for both of us! My life pretty much revolves around them, in the best ways.
