Hi! I'm Danni and I have loved animals my entire life. In 2019 I adopted my boy Banjo after losing the dog I raised for 18 years, and recently lost him in May to a brain tumor. I am missing doggy love in my life and would be so excited to give your pup more attention than they probably would care for haha! (It doesn’t hurt that my sister is a vet so I always have free animal medical advice on speed dial!) I also had a Bearded Dragon named Gary Busey for 6 years so I am comfortable with exotic animals and reptiles. I worked for a few years as a dog walker the first time I lived here in New Orleans and loved every second of it. I’m very excited to be back in town and I would love to care for and give my love to your pets when you are away!

Danni was absolutely amazing with Frankie!!! I could tell immediately she has been around dogs and loves them! She checked in multiple times and sent great pictures. I truly felt so safe leaving my baby with her. 100/10 recommend, I will absolutely be having my dog stay with her again!
It’s very easy to tell upon first meeting that Danni loves dogs and treats them as if they’re her own. I was very happy to find Danni for a last minute trip around the holidays, and felt comfortable with her watching my dog as soon as we met during our meet & greet. When I picked up Stella, it was clear she had a great time with Danni!

No breed preferences, let me know if there are any special needs I can accommodate. My first dog was blind and deaf and lived to be 18 so I am familiar with elderly, special needs dogs. Banjo was sick ant the end and had a strict regiment of medications, I am very accustomed to being on a dog’s schedule.
A typical day
I love to take walks around the neighborhood and love to bring dogs with me anywhere they are allowed. I’m just moving back from NYC and I’ve missed being outside in New Orleans. I could spend all day at the park with your pups if they’ll let me!

Availability
I cared for my Pit/Lab mix, Banjo, every day. It was part of my daily schedule for years. Pet care is second nature to me and I miss doing it every day since losing Banjo quickly and unexpectedly over the summer.
