Very happy and comfy stay for my dog Coda! Danna was great with her and accepting of all quirks. Thank you!

Unfortunately, our experience with Danna was not as hoped and we will not be using her again. At pickup time, which I had confirmed with Danna hours earlier, she told me she had lost her keys and had Fiona with her while she was looking for them, but when I asked her if I could come pick Fiona up from wherever she was she stopped replying to my messages. Meanwhile, the location of Fiona’s AirTag was always at Danna’s apartment. She then told me they would be home in 10 min, and when I called her phone was off. I then saw her walk into the building 30 min later with a male friend and not Fiona. When I picked Fiona up, she immediately lied about having dropped Fiona off before going to get her keys from her friend’s house (while I had been waiting outside the whole time trying to pick her up.) Not sure how that could have happened if she didn’t have her keys? Even more concerning was that Fiona was visibly extremely stressed and had to pee/poop immediately on the sidewalk outside the building before we could even get to the grass. This made me wonder if she even spent the night with her. I then got home and the entire container of food I had left for her meals on Saturday and Sunday was untouched. I felt horribly that my poor dog was not cared for as expected the whole weekend while I was out of town. She was very shaken up and on edge for the remainder of the day. We have had wonderful sitters through rover, but sadly this was not one of them. Please beware when leaving your dog with Danna overnight.
